I am enjoying the BrainAscend thus far.  As a reiki master and hypnotist, I have experience with advanced mental training techniques but this program is unique. In the short time I've been using the BrainAscend set, there has been a significant increase in my overall energetic abilities and energetic output. The migraines, although bothersome but not severe, are welcomed by me and prove there is a change occurring in my brain function while the audio is playing. My experiences are becoming more profound and intense as I descend closer to the Delta Wave lesson. I can hardly wait to see what other changes will occur. To all who try this program, stay the course; it is worth the effort.
